The death of a man in an East Northants village is not being treated as suspicious, police have said.

Emergency services were called to a property in Mill Road, Woodford, at about 4.45pm yesterday (Wednesday).

A spokesman for Northants Police has confirmed they were called to the sudden death of a man.

And the spokesman added: "We are not treating it as suspicious and are preparing a report for the coroner."
