Hide AdMae's dad Graham said his daughter is 'very caring and always worries about others' so last year she saved her money to donate to national homeless charity Crisis and pay for a Christmas meal for a homeless person.
But her kindness didn't stop there.
Graham, who is a trustee for Wellingborough's Glamis Hall for All, told the Northants Telegraph: "This year she decided she wanted to help a bit more.
"She made some care share boxes that people could buy for others to show they are thinking of them.
"They consisted of drinking chocolate, marshmallows, sweets, chocolate bars, cereal bar and bath salts with a candle tealight.

Mae set up her own Facebook page called 'Care Share Box' for people to join, which led to many people making a donation.
She also contacted companies for donations and was really pleased when Lush Northampton donated a large box of toiletries which they passed onto the Crisis warehouse in London.
Mae's parents Graham and Karen said: "We are both really proud of Mae for all her hard work to raise as much as possible for Crisis UK.

"As well as the Christmas care share boxes, Mae also organised a raffle with the total amount of £401 being raised.
"This is a fantastic amount to donate to Crisis, who emailed her saying thank you so much.
"They also emailed photos of them holding the donation we sent down from Lush Northampton that was going to be distributed to the homeless at Christmas."
