Isham's former village shop is up for sale.
It is part of a four bedroom detached house on Kettering Road (A509).
The home will need modernising and the listing says the shop could either be a great retail opportunity or has conversion potential.
Isham Parish Council said when the shop closed it was disappointed because the shop was useful and sometimes essential for residents.
The council said: "We had hoped it would reopen quickly as there is no other shop in the village, but to date this has not been the case.
"However, we are now hopeful that a new owner will be found quickly and it reopens as a shop to provide a vital service to the village."
The house and shop is marketed at £350,000. Will a new owner decide to retail or convert?
