Thieves take keys before stealing camper van from house in Broughton

Thieves broke into a house and stole a bunch of keys before taking a camper van parked on the drive.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the burglary which happened between 6.55pm and 7.30pm on Sunday, February 23, in Lenton Close, Broughton.

A spokesman for Northants Police said: "The offender/s broke a glass panel on the back door to gain entry into the house, and stole a bunch of keys which included a set for a blue VW Transporter Camper Van parked on the drive, which they took.

"In addition to the van, they also stole items of jewellery and watches."
