From the outside, this house might look like your standard link detached family home on a Corby estate.
But an impeccable renovation and a jaw-dropping kitchen extension has had the phones ringing off the hook from prospective buyers.
The three-bed home in Tettenhall Close on the Danesholme estate has only been on the market with Chris George The Estate Agent for a day but fifteen viewings were booked in just three hours after people began sharing the listing on social media.
Chris George partner Ricky-Lee Brennan said the property had gone ‘crazy’ on Facebook.
It’s on the market at £220,000.
