An air ambulance, police and paramedics were called out to an emergency incident which ended in a sudden death in a village near Corby at the weekend.

The Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance was called out to the medical emergency in Corby Road on Sunday, January 31.

A spokesman for Northamptonshire Police said: "There was a medical episode that sadly resulted in a sudden death.

"There were no suspicious circumstances."
