Sit back and relax in new seating at Wellingborough theatre
Theatre bosses say the new seating offers customers more comfort and presents a fresh and modern look for the town centre venue.
During November, work has been taking place to upgrade the main auditorium seating after being granted capital money by Wellingborough Council in 2017.

"All of which will enhance all of our customers' visitor experience.
"A huge thank you must go the Borough Council of Wellingborough for their support on the project.”
Emma McGinlay, project manager at Wellingborough Council, added: “The Castle Theatre is one of the most iconic venues in Wellingborough and is enjoyed by hundreds
of residents each year.

Where possible, the original 1995 seating has been donated to other local and national venues and organisations.
One of these venues was Putney Arts Theatre, which is a registered charity.
A spokesman for the theatre said: “We're delighted to give the seats a new home and help minimise things going to waste for both of our theatres.
