Runners are invited to take part in a 5K run being held in Rushden this month.

The NN10 Rushden to Higham Ferrers 5K starts and finishes at Rushden Train Station and Transport Museum.

The event starts at 9am on Sunday, March 29 and it is hoped the run will attract a cross section of local people joining in and running together socially.

Most Popular

Anyone taking part is invited to join others in raising funds and awareness for two local causes, which are the Rushden Railway Heritage and Community Space and Higham Ferrers Community Fund.

Rushden and Higham Ferrers town councils have teamed up with Rushden Lakes, Freedom Leisure, local running group Running Buddies, East Northants Council and UK Emergency Support Services to organise the event.
