Police called after report of ‘couple acting inappropriately’ in Higham Ferrers park
Police officers were called to a park in Higham Ferrers after members of the public reported a couple ‘acting inappropriately’.
The incident took place in Castle Fields at about 6.50pm on Sunday (July 5) when families were in the park off Kimbolton Road.
A spokeswoman for Northants Police said: “We received a report that a couple were acting inappropriately at the park in Castle Fields in Higham Ferrers.
“Officers attended and spoke to the couple as well as other members of the public in the park and there was no evidence that a criminal offence had occurred or that the couple were seen acting inappropriately.”
