Police at scene of suspicious incident in Raunds town centre
Police are standing guard in Raunds this morning with a cordon blocking access to a flat.
Our reporters have been out at the scene with witnesses saying they saw paramedics and police officers on the scene yesterday (Wednesday, October 8).
It is believed that concerned neighbours raised the alarm yesterday afternoon, calling emergency services to the flat above Christina Dudley hair salon.
Part of the pavement between the hairdressers and Cookies bakery has been sectioned off. Two officers are guarding the scene.
Northants Police has been contacted for a comment.
