Plan to convert Kettering factory into flats revealed
A backstreet Kettering factory could be transformed into two flats if planning permission is granted by North Northants Council.
An application has been made to convert the Nelson Street single storey former factory space into two two-bedroom flats.
Submitted to North Northants Council (NNC) last month, the full planning permission by DND Living Ltd on behalf of Mr Umesh Patel seeks to approval for the internal remodelling of the brick building.
The single storey ex factory unit would be split into two two-bedroom self-contained flats each including a kitchen-diner, two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom and outside yard.
Located at 71, Nelson Street, Kettering, the former factory forms part of a terrace positioned between a house and another converted factory.
