Officers provide scene guard after caravan fire in Wellingborough

Police received a call about a caravan which was 'well alight' in Shaw Close, Wellingborough at 11.15am yesterday (Tuesday).

Officers were drafted in to provide a scene guard while they carried out their investigation.

A spokesman for Northants Police said the same caravan had been damaged the previous day.

And added: "We had a scene guard on yesterday so our forensic team could collect evidence."

No arrests have been made in relation to the incident and investigations are ongoing.
