Northamptonshire housing association Greatwell Homes wins national award for proactive approach to repairs and asset management
Northamptonshire-based housing association Greatwell Homes has been recognised at a national level after winning the proactive asset and repairs impact award at the 2026 Mobysoft Customer Awards.
The award was presented during a celebratory event as part of Housing 2026 at Manchester Hall, bringing together housing organisations from across the UK to recognise innovation, collaboration and positive impact for residents.
The accolade highlights Greatwell Homes’ success in transforming its repairs and maintenance services through a proactive, data-driven approach.
By adopting predictive analytics and AI-powered tools, the organisation has been able to identify risks earlier, prioritise interventions and resolve issues before they escalate.

This has been particularly impactful in tackling damp and mould, where Greatwell Homes has achieved a significant reduction in reported cases across its homes. Instead of relying on reactive responses, teams are now able to pinpoint potential issues in advance, ensuring residents receive faster, more effective support.
James Norton, repairs and maintenance manager at Greatwell Homes, attended the awards ceremony and collected the award on behalf of the organisation.
He said: “We’re incredibly proud to receive the proactive asset and repairs impact award from Mobysoft.
"This recognition reflects the dedication and hard work of colleagues across Greatwell Homes, who are committed to delivering proactive, high-quality services for our customers.”
The Mobysoft Customer Awards celebrate organisations and individuals who are making a meaningful difference within the housing sector, with categories recognising excellence in areas such as resident impact, early intervention, and insight-led services.
Greatwell Homes’ win demonstrates the value of combining technology, data and expert teams to deliver better outcomes for customers, while also improving efficiency and reducing long-term risks.
The organisation extended its congratulations to all nominees and winners and is looking forward to continuing its journey of innovation to support residents and communities.
