Mystery stormtrooper spreads a bit of happiness around Corby

A man dressed as a stormtrooper has been strolling around Corby today to help cheer up those whose spirits are down because of the global pandemic.

The secretive stranger did not reveal his identity, but he was seen going in and out of shops in Occupation Road this morning, including in the High Street bakery where these pictures were taken.

Corby woman Hannah Docherty said: "He is spreading smiles around Corby today instead of worry

"What an amazing thing to do. He had my mum and her colleague smiling that's for sure."
