More than 100 homes taking part in Rothwell Halloween window display

More than 100 homes across Rothwell are taking part in a Halloween window display.
The event has been organised by Rachel from Rothwell's Windows, a group which organises festive displays throughout the year to raise money for Rothwell Citizens' Welfare.

Hide AdThe Halloween event will be running tonight (Friday, October 30) and tomorrow on Halloween (Saturday, October 31).
Those taking part are decorating their windows, gardens or homes for people to enjoy as they walk around Rothwell.
A map of houses taking part in the display is available and organisers are asking for a donation for each map.
Sarah Radbone, a resident taking part, said: "We just thought it would be great to give everyone another fun event during this difficult time."

Hide AdAnother resident taking part, Leanne Houghton, said: "This is happening this evening and tomorrow, raising money and helping the community.
"Rachel, who organised it, deserves lots of recognition."
