In an emotional video message posted by Roy and Annie Marriott, they explain how urgent the situation is, including having to lay off two people and furlough two more and leaving them on a skeleton staff.
Annie, who is manager of Animals In Need, said: "We are so grateful for all the money you have sent in to us, but at the moment we have hardly any money coming in and still £5,000 a week that needs paying out.
"It's a really stressful time for us and for us to carry on rescuing, we need you to keep on supporting us."
