It is due to be held on a site in Hardwater Road between Wollaston and Great Doddington.

A number of businesses in Great Doddington and Wollaston have already said they will be closing over the weekend of the fair, and Animals In Need has announced they will be doing the same.

A spokesman for the charity said: "Due to an upcoming event in the local area we have made the decision to close from Friday, August 28, to Monday, August 31, inclusive.

"We are sorry for any inconvenience caused but it is in the interest of the animals in our care to take this course of action."
