Kettering vandals smash car's windscreen

A car owner had an unwanted wake-up call after pair of vandals attacked and damaged their vehicle.

In the early-morning incident yesterday (Tuesday) two men jumped on a car which was parked in Almond Road, Kettering, and smashed the windscreen.

Northants Police have asked anyone with any information to get in touch.

A spokesman for Northamptonshire Police said: "This happening in Almond Road when a silver Peugeot 207 had its windscreen smashed by two males just before 6am yesterday.

"Anyone with information should contact us quoting ref number 21000315588."
