Billie, who will turn 101 this year, left it late as she was ‘waiting for the rain to stop’ but on Sunday, June 2 was finally able to tick it off the list, riding on the back of a Honda Goldwing and leading a convoy of bikes of all shapes and sizes out of the cafe.
The weather was kind, and at 11am on a sunny Sunday morning, the bikes left Jester’s and travelled up Brook Street, returning a short while later.
Those who attended could see it unfold as it happened, but in case you missed it, here’s some of the snaps from Billie’s big day.
