There are more opportunities to see steam trains pass this way later this year.The Yorkshireman is running on Saturday, October 19, and The York Yuletide Express on Saturday, November 30.The steam locomotive at the head of the train will be either A4 Pacific no 60009 Union Of South Africa or Princess Coronation class no 46233 Duchess Of Sutherland.Approximate timings (subject to change) are Kettering station 9.30am (after a stop to take on water), Corby station 9.43am, Gretton 9.45am, Welland Viaduct at Harringworth 9.47am, Manton Junction 9.52am, Oakham 9.57am, Melton Mowbray 10.15am and Syston Junction at 10.30am.Please remember to stay safe, do not trespass on to railway or private property.
