Rushden Lakes is holding a free recruitment event this month with more than 40 roles on offer.
Recruit Rushden Lakes returns this month to showcase more than 40 available job roles at the popular retail and leisure destination, as well as roles within Northants Police, Fire and Rescue and North Northants Council.
People can join the free event on Tuesday, April 14 in the Leisure Terrace on level one, opposite Cineworld.
From 10am to 1pm, visitors can explore current job opportunities and speak directly with employers from well‐known brands such as River Island, Lago Lounge, The Entertainer and Nando’s.
The Department of Work and Pensions will be in attendance to support the event, with representatives from the National Careers Service and Tresham College on hand to provide guidance and information to those seeking employment or an exciting new opportunity.
Support on the day will include CV workshops, careers and interview advice and training courses to help develop new skills.
Invitations have been extended to representatives of North Northants Council, Labour Party (Wellingborough) and Reform UK (Rushden Lakes).
Donna French, centre manager at Rushden Lakes, said: “We’re proud to be hosting our recruitment event for the ninth year.
"Since its launch, the initiative has helped more than 600 attendees secure local job roles, demonstrating just how valuable and impactful it has become.
"The event allows us to offer guidance and support while connecting our brands with talented candidates.
"We’re also delighted to welcome representatives from the local police, fire and rescue services and the council, who will be showcasing the
opportunities available within their sectors.”

Rushden Lakes shopping and leisure park is located on the Nene Wetlands in Northamptonshire.

The Wildlife Trust has an onsite visitor centre providing wildlife discovery and bird watching.
