A Town Board has been set up to oversee the project and although the names of representatives are not published, there are members from big business including TATA Steel and RS Components, from the police and councils, Homes England, and from community organisations including CENTARA and More in Corby. MP Tom Pursglove also sits on the board.

Representatives were chosen by Corby Council to include a wide range of people to bring a breadth of ideas to the process.

Members of the public are also able to put forward ideas with recent suggestions including a hospital for the town, a pedestrian bridge over Oakley Road near Lidl, more youth clubs, a bowling alley, a central multi-use sports hall and a maternity unit.
