James Simpson wants to build a permanent track in Northamptonshire to drift race RC cars
An entrepreneur wants Northamptonshire to be the new home of the most compact high-octane hobby going - R/C car drift racing.

The all-grown up version of the childhood toy sees hobbyists compete on specially made tracks using high-powered mini motors.
But now, a business owner says it is his dream to see Northamptonshire build its own racecourse and make a name for itself on the world circuit.
James Simpson, founder of RC Pace, previously compete in Japan's R/C drift world cup and has judged at the world championships.
He now wants to design and establish a permanent track in the county that will bring competitors and spectators from around the world while developing homegrown talent.
James Simpson, Founder of RC Pace said: “I’m still actively looking for a warehouse in Northamptonshire to design and build a permanent track, which will bring tourism to the area and firmly place our county on the R/C Drift map."
The business has set up in Northamptonshire after moving to its new home at the Scott Bader Innovation Centre in Wollaston.
