They were able to take part in a series of virtual classes help through Facebook, including flow, power and Yin yoga, and Fitsteps.
Studio manager Niamh Bailey said: “The coronavirus pandemic meant that we had to move our annual Elf Day online as we didn’t want the Alzheimer’s Society to miss out.

“Everyone who took part enjoyed themselves and we’re looking forward to next year’s event when hopefully we can all gather in person again.”
The event was open to anyone, whether they were a member of the centre, based in Ironstone Place, or not.
Niamh added: “This was the second year in a row that we’ve supported the Alzheimer’s Society as it is a cause that is close to our hearts here at the centre.”
