Although coronavirus restrictions might stop some of the fun this half term, there's still a long list of venues that are open for business.
So why not treat the little ones and help support some local leisure employers this half term.
1. Fineshade Wood, near Duddington
Just up the A43 in East Northants is beautiful Fineshade Wood. There are walking and cycling trails, bike hire two play areas and a cafe. Entry is free although there is a charge for parking.
2. The Savoy Cinema, Corby
The Savoy has a host of reasonably-priced family films throughout half-term including Two By Two Overboard, Cats & Dogs 3, 100% Wolf and Hocus Pocus.
3. Corby Swimming Pool, George Street
The international pool will remain open throughout half term but there is a booking system in place and a new timetable. You can find out more by calling the pool on 01536 464643.
4. Viral Entertainment, Corporation Street
The virtual reality entertainment centre opened in Corby in November last year and has been a huge success. Up to four people can take part at any time in range of terrifyingly-realistic experiences. Anyone from around aged seven and upwards can take part.
