Double award celebration for Kettering asbestos specialists
There are celebrations at a Kettering company which has enjoyed double success at a national awards contest.
Oracle Asbestos, in Telford Way Industrial Estate, has been named as the Number One Trading Partner in the UK in the asbestos services sector in the Plimsoll Outstanding Company Awards and has also received the Outstanding Company award for 2020.
The awards have been presented by the financial analytics and reporting giant Plimsoll Publishing.
Its Best Trading Partners are those that have improved sales and financially while the Outstanding Company Awards are presented to companies that have improved their overall financial performance.
Over five years, Oracle has seen its turnover and profit grow consistently and last year enjoyed record sales despite tough challenges.
Jess Scott, chief executive at Oracle, which has 45 staff, said: “It’s been a tough year and it makes me proud to have such a great team whose performance and determination have given us our best year to date even when the odds have been stacked against us.
“I am grateful for all our customers whose faith in us has allowed us to be recognised as the number one best trading partner.”
