Dachshund found on Northamptonshire's M1 is one of eight pedigrees stolen from Derbyshire

A Dachshund found on the M1 in Northamptonshire has been revealed to be one of eight stolen from a family in Derbyshire.

Eight dogs were stolen from a property in Burton Road, Acresford, near Swadlincote, sometime between 11.30pm and midnight on February 10.

Now, Derbyshire Police has reported how one of the missing Dachshunds has been found close to J15 on the M1 in Northamptonshire yesterday (February 25).

An appeal has now been launched in Northamptonshire in case the remaining beloved pets are somewhere in the county.
