The theatre used to be home to Franks hamburger house, but the council said they would be moving out when it was announced that Parkwood Leisure had secured the contract in 2018.
Diners will be able to choose from an extensive menu of artisan pizzas using ingredients which pay homage to the original Napoli pizza masters while also adding their own twist from modern Italian culture.
They will all be freshly prepared and stone baked on site.
Throughout the Autumn, there has been extensive decoration work to create a clean, modern and vibrant dining area and menu to enhance the theatre experience for visitors.
