But at times like these, the unsung heroes of our communities really make a difference and we want to celebrate all the good that is being done in Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and Rushden.

Bilton Court on Wellingborough's Queensway estate made an appeal on Twitter asking people to send in letters, poems or drawings for their residents.

The post has already started arriving and they tweeted an update yesterday, saying: "We're so thrilled that at this time of uncertainty, kindness is plentiful."

While the news seems quite bleak right now, we really want to celebrate more stories like these which show what you're doing to make a difference in your community.

If you are helping to spread kindness rather than coronavirus, let us know what you're doing by emailing some details and a picture to [email protected]
