A spokesman said: "The following measures will be in place with immediate effect: we will limit numbers across all three buildings.

"We request that you pay for sessions online and ensure you have updated your membership for facial recognition to avoid money handling and reduce face-to-face contact.

"The café will remain closed in order to promote social distancing; however, we will be providing a limited menu of snacks and drinks from the Grind Bar in reception.

"Staff will continually disinfect surfaces, handles and toilets while the facility is open.

"We strongly advise against anyone in the Covid-19 ‘high risk’ category from entering the facility and/or anyone visiting us that should be self-isolating in accordance to Government guidelines."

Parents have been encouraged to drop off and or pick up rather than stay and spectate, and if they do decide to stay, they have been requested to stay in the parent room the duration of sessions.

All participants have been requested to follow the Government advice during sessions by regularly their washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds and avoiding personal contact as much as possible.
