Corby's new McDonald's restaurant is set to create 95 jobs for the area.

The new branch will be opening on the Southern Gateway Retail Park in Corby following significant investment from local franchisee Glyn Pashley.

With the addition of this restaurant, Glyn will now own 16 restaurants across the East and West midlands, including the other McDonald’s restaurants in Corporation Street and in the Peel Centre in Corby.

McDonald's is opening its new Corby branch next week

The restaurant will open on Wednesday, March 4, and create 95 new jobs for the local community.

The new restaurant will boast all of McDonald’s latest innovations, including self-order kiosks, table service, and the ‘click and collect’ service via the app.

The restaurant will also boast a digital Drive-Thru menu board to make ordering on-the-go quicker and easier.

McDonald’s franchisee Glyn Pashley started his career with McDonald’s in 1999 and has been a franchisee for almost 21 years.

Glyn said: “My team and I are thrilled to be opening a new restaurant in Corby, bringing more jobs to the local area and with it, new training and opportunities.

"The new restaurant will create 95 new jobs with flexible positions that can fit around family or study commitments.

“The new digital Drive-Thru menu boards, self-order kiosks and table service will also make our local customers’ experience as positive as possible, meeting their needs and expectations quicker and more efficiently.

"We hope to see customers and staff embracing the exciting new features when we open on 4th March.”

There are currently a number of exciting career opportunities available at the new Corby McDonald’s.
