Corby Company Shop reopening for bigger and better bargains
A popular Corby discount food and household product store for people working in food manufacturing, emergency services and the NHS will reopen in time for Christmas.
Company Shop on Corby's Earlstrees Industrial Estate, which sells surplus brands to members, has been refurbished enabling an additional 1,500 tonnes of food and drink to be saved from being wasted.
First opened in 2015, the newly expanded site will mean that members will be able to buy to an even greater range of surplus high-quality, low cost products.
The shelves are stocked with household brands from all the major retailers and manufacturers, at a fraction of the price sometimes up to 60 per cent of the usual cost.
The Mayor of Corby, Ray Beeby, will cut the ribbon to mark the official reopening of Company Shop on Monday, December 16, at 10am.
