The Full UK (F-UK) breakfast is the brainchild of The Mushh Room Cafe co-owner Matt Lapsley who wanted to offer diners a chance to experience delicacies from around Britain.

Served on a 28cm bespoke eating platter, the big breakfast can be taken on as a challenge or shared with friends.

Matt said: "When we opened we were always going to have a food challenge and one day it came into my head why not have one big breakfast from all the different nations.

"In Corby we have people from all over. My gran was Welsh, my granddad was Scottish, my mum's English, I had an Irish godmother and I was born in Corby.

"It's appropriate that it's been created in Corby with all the different backgrounds.

"It's a unique idea that I've not seen anywhere else that we've been working on for six months."
