Emily Brown, with her partner Scott Wilson, performed in the opening number to Miss World 2019 at the ExCel London watched by a global audience estimated to be in the billions.
The pair, both aged 18, performed to a musical number sung by Kerry Ellis, star of West End smash musicals Wicked and We Will Rock You.
Emily and Scott have been dancing together since the age of seven, and have achieved much success including being quarter finalists in the British Open Under 21 Championships and achieving fourth place in the Under 21s at the UK Closed Championships.
The pair receive financial support from The Travers Foundation, a local charity which helps young people aged between 13 and 30 living in Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Rutland with funding to help achieve their full potential in sport, the creative and performing arts.
