5. Daniel Keatings
Daniel Keatings is a retired artistic gymnast who represented Scotland and Great Britain. He was the first male British gymnast to medal at the all-around competition at the World Championships, and the first male British gymnast to become a European champion. Dan went to Kingswood School and retired from competitive gymnastics in 2017. 6. John Burnside
John Burnside is a writer and poet. He is one of only three poets to have won both the T. S. Eliot Prize and the Forward Poetry Prize for the same book (Black Cat Bone). 7. Lucy Hatton
Lucy was the silver medallist in the 60 metres hurdles at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 2015. She was coached by Alex Clarke and John Anderson at Corby Athletic Club. 8. Alexander Beleschenko
Born to Ukranian parents in Corby in 1951, Alexander has become a renowned glass artist. His famous works include the glass facade at St John's College, Oxford, the cone wall in Southwark tube station in London, and the Heart of Wales in the Welsh Assembly Building. Photo: Northants Telegraph
