Oundle wins accolade of Public School of the Year
Delighted at accepting the award in central London last night (Tuesday), headteacher Sarah Kerr-Dineen called it ‘the most wonderful compliment’ to the hard work of all concerned in delivering the education that Oundle offers.
Tatler, the British magazine with a mix of glamour, fashion, society and features, bases the awards on the research conducted for its annual Schools Guide, taking views from fellow schools and parents across the country.

“Their drive to make the most of their time at Oundle guides us every day to ensure we are delivering the best for them.”
The school’s buildings, dating from the 17th to the 21st centuries, are spread throughout the town.
There are currently 1,110 pupils on roll at Oundle School, with 860 boarders and 250 day pupils.
Also within the corporation of Oundle School is Laxton Junior School, a day school for children aged four to 11.
