One man 'seriously injured' after Tuesday morning smash on A43 between Kettering and Northampton

A man has been rushed to hospital with "serious injuries" after a smash which partially blocked the A43 near Northampton on Tuesday morning.

Police reported a crash involving two vans heading from Kettering at the Sywell roundabout at around 7.30am,

A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said: "A white Citroen and a white Vauxhall Vivaro were in collision.

"One man has been taken to University Hospital Coventry however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening."
