One lane on the M1 near Northampton CLOSED following road traffic collision

One lane has been closed on the M1 Northbound due to a road traffic collision that took place at around 4pm earlier this afternoon (April 29).

One car is reported to have been involved and the collision took place between junctions 15 A45 (Northampton) and 15A A43 (Towcester / Northampton Services).

There are currently reports of slow traffic as the collision is being dealt with.

Highways England said: "Normal traffic conditions are expected between 7pm and 7.15pm on 29 April 2021."
