Northampton town centre McDonald's CLOSED off by police following incident

Ambulance and police are at the scene outside McDonald's on the Drapery in Northampton town centre

Emergency services are currently at the scene of the ongoing incident in the Drapery where eyewitnesses have said there is an ambulance crew and several police cars.

McDonald’s has been taped off by police.

Northamptonshire Police have confirmed that they responded to a report of a stabbing.The East Midlands Ambulance Service said that one patient was rushed to Northampton General Hospital from the scene of the incident.

McDonald's are currently assisting the police with their ongoing enquiries.
