Legendary Flying Scotsman passes through Northamptonshire next month

The world's most famous steam locomotive will be passing through Northamptonshire on two dates next month.

The Flying Scotsman, which has returned to the tracks following a 10-year restoration programme worth £4.2 million, has been drawing crowds across the country as it continues its tour.

The locomotive will be passing through Kettering, Corby, Gretton, Welland Viaduct, Manton, Oakham and Melton Mowbray on Saturday June 4 and June 25.
