Kettering plumbing team prepares for Three Peaks challenge

Team member Olli Turner said: “The route itself sees us covering 24.5 miles in one day conquering three Yorkshire peaks in the process.

“The first peak being Pen-Y-Ghent (694m/2,277ft), on to Whernside (736m/2,415ft), then Ingleborough (723m/2,372ft).

“For an average person it is estimated to take 12 hours. So we will need to make an early start to allow us plenty of time.”
