Football programme is decimated by the weather
A predictable postponement of many sporting fixtures has come ahead of the weekend with pitches covered by snow and more bad weather forecast.
Kettering Town's clash with Dorchester in the Evo-Stik League South has already been called off while the United Counties League have taken the decision to postpone the whole of their scheduled matches.
A statement released by the UCL this afternoon reads: "In view of the current weather conditions and the predicted forecast, the League has taken the decision to postpone ALL matches this coming Saturday afternoon."
The Northants Combination has also seen the vast majority of its matches fall foul of the weather already.
