Wellingborough crash causes tailbacks on A509 Park Farm Way
Commuters using a main roads around Wellingborough faced tailbacks as they used the A509 this morning (Monday, January 19).
Motorists reported delays to their journeys as they travelled south from the Park Farm area towards the Wilby Way roundabout.
The incident took place just before 6.45am between a lorry and a car.
A spokeswoman for Northants Police said: “This was a ‘damage-only’ road traffic collision.
“The collision occurred shortly before 6.45am on Park Farm Way, Wellingborough, and involved the drivers of a Scania lorry and a car.”
