East Midlands Trains customers can claim compensation for Storm Doris disruption
High winds caused damage to the overhead wires on the London route while other services were also subject to speed restrictions and other incidents, such as trees coming down onto railway lines.
Network Rail, which is responsible for railway infrastructure, worked to reopen the line yesterday and overnight which means a full service can run today.
