Drivers treated at scene of three-vehicle A6 Desborough crash

A stretch of the A6 near Desborough was closed earlier today (Friday) after a three-vehicle crash.

Emergency services were called to the bypass, near the Braybrooke Road roundabout, after the incident just after 10am.

The crash involved a VW Polo, a Hyundai Tucson and a Ford Transit van.

A police spokesman said: "Paramedics have been treating the drivers at the scene but we don’t believe there are any serious injuries."

There was slow traffic in the area with motorists facing delays, but the road has since re-opened.
