Wife of motorcyclist issues appeal for witnesses after horror smash leaves man with broken back
Dave East was riding his red and black Suzuki motorbike on the A421 Bletchley Road in Thornborough on Wednesday at abut 4.45pm when it collided with a white Mini driven by a woman from Northamptonshire that had pulled out of the junction with Padbury Road.
Mr East, aged 42, was airlifted to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford from the scene.

Hide AdPosting on the Bikers MK Facebook, Vicky East said her husband had suffered a broken back in two places, a broken neck, two broken legs and two broken wrists.
Mrs East, who is disabled, said the couple had two young children, including an eight-week-old baby, and her husband was the only earner in the house.
She said: “We have been lucky for him to be alive other bikers families aren’t this lucky.
“We do need help for witnesses if you or you know of anyone that uses that road please please help us. I want my husband and my boys want their daddy home.”

Hide AdThe driver of the Mini, a woman aged 48, from Northamptonshire, was taken to Milton Keynes Hospital by ambulance after the crash.
Her injuries are minor and she has since been discharged from hospital.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or who may have seen any of the vehicles involved before the collision is asked to call Thames Valley Police on the non emergency number 101 and quote the URN 1006 5/8/15.
