Two charged in connection with Corby robbery

The charges relate to an incident last month where a man in his 30s was threatened and had cash and jewellery stolen from him

Two men have been charged in connection with a robbery in Clifton Square, Corby.

John Joseph Smith, 44, of Birch Avenue, Corby, and Michael George Henderson, 32, of Llewellyn Walk, Corby, have both been charged with robbery in connection with an incident on Monday, November 23, where a man in his 30s was threatened and had cash and jewellery stolen from him.

Smith and Henderson were both remanded into custody and will next appear at Northampton Crown Court on a date to be determined.
