Two arrested after police find cannabis factory in Kettering

Two men were arrested after a small cannabis factory was found in Kettering yesterday (Wednesday).

Officers from the Kettering Police Team made the discovery at an address in Connaught Street at about 3pm after a tip-off from the community.

They found about 20 plants, although the value is currently unknown, with a sophisticated set up with fans and lights.

Two Kettering men, aged 23 and 27, were arrested on suspicion of the cultivation of cannabis.

A police spokesman said they remain in police custody today.
