Trio admit Kettering attack which saw victim stamped on

Three Kettering men will be sentenced next month after a shocking attack which saw their victim stamped on.

Travis Fenwick (19), Jacob Hanrahan (30) and Ryan Tomlinson (28) all admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm at Northampton Magistrates' Court over the incident which took place in Montagu Street in Kettering.

Police said the victim, then aged 19, was attacked at about 4am on July 7, 2019, and was punched, stamped on and kicked while he was on the floor.

He was temporarily knocked out and left with injuries including facial swelling and a broken tooth, police said.

Fenwick, of Neale Avenue, Hanrahan, of Silverwood Road and Tomlinson, of Rockingham Road, were all granted unconditional bail by magistrates.

They will be sentenced at Northampton Crown Court on December 11, where they face a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
