Three men charged with eleven counts of stealing fuel from Corby petrol stations

Three men from Corby have been charged with stealing fuel from local garages and a range of other motoring offences.

Ryan Corr, 25, of no fixed abode, is charged with stealing petrol and diesel worth £330 over four separate occasions February 18 and 19 this year. He is also accused of driving a Ford Fiesta in Dalton Road in the town while disqualified from driving and with no insurance.

He was due to appear at Northampton magistrates court this morning (Tuesday, December 22).

Andru-Jay Burgess, 21, of Westminster Walk, Corby, has been charged with stealing petrol worth a total of £200 on three occasions on February 18 and 19.

He is also charged with two offences on September 1 this year of making off without payment for petrol worth more than £200 from the Euro Garage in Weldon Road and from Morrison’s in Oakley Road.

Lee Annand, 32, of Corby, but currently of HMP Peterborough, is charged with one offence of making off without paying for fuel worth £20 on August and again stealing fuel worth £112 on September 1.

Annand and Burgess were due before Wellingborough Magistrates’ Court today.
